GI physician leader to know: Dr. Marc Noble of Charleston GI

Marc Noble, MD, is a practicing gastroenterologist at Charleston (S.C.) GI. His hospital affiliations include Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital and Roper Hospital in Charleston as well as East Cooper Medical Center in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., and Roper Mt. Pleasant (S.C.) Hospital. Charleston GI also includes Charleston Endoscopy Center and Summerville (S.C.) Endoscopy Center.

Dr. Noble is board-certified and has a professional interest in gastroesophageal reflux disease, constipation, hepatitis C and irritable bowel syndrome. He has completed advanced therapeutic endoscopy training at Duke University in Durham, N.C. He has expertise in endoscopic ultrasonography, advanced ERCP techniques, Barrett’s ablation and internal stent placement.

Dr. Noble completed his medical degree at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He completed his residency at University of Alabama at Birmingham and his GI fellowship at Duke University.
