Surgical Care Affiliates will replace Constant Contact in the S&P SmallCap 600.

Here are three notes:

1. SCA will replace Constant Contact after the close of trading on Feb. 11.

2. Endurance International Group has acquired Constant Contact.

3. SCA owns and operates more than 190 surgical facilities. It was created in 1982.
