1. Mr. Booker succeeds Roger Holstein, who will become vice chairman of the Healthgrades Board.

2. Mr. Holstein will also return to Vestar Capital Partners, a private equity firm, where he will assume the role of managing director.

3. Previously, Mr. Booker has had leadership roles at e-commerce, consumer and travel websites.
