Cincinnati MOB acquired for $10.6M

CHP Cincinnati MOB Owner, a company affiliated with real estate investment trust CNL Healthcare Properties of Orlando, has acquired a medical office building in Cincinnati, according to a Cincinnati Business Courier report.

The 35,229-square-foot MOB was acquired for $10.6 million. The facility houses the ProScan Women’s Imaging Center, the Plastic Surgery Group and Christ Hospital’s surgery center, according to the report.
