HRPT Purchases Denver Area Surgery Center for $4.45M

Newton, Mass.-based HRPT Properties Trust of Massachusetts, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, has purchased Clear Creek Surgery Center in Wheat Ridge, Colo., for $4.45 million, according to a report in the Denver Business Journal.

Clear Creek is a 14,700 square-foot outpatient surgery center and was sold by Clear Creek MOB LLC of Denver, according to the report. No further details of the transaction were disclosed in the report.
