2. In Miami, the median deductible is $5,000.
3. However, the markets differ with some plans having no deductibles.
4. The median deductible for HealthCare.gov plans is $2,000.
5. Next year, people without health insurance may have to pay a penalty of $695, or about 2.5 percent of their household income, depending on which is greater.
