Here are four points:
1. PQRS participants have until Nov. 23 to submit a request for an informal review wherein CMS will investigate the issue.
2. The previous deadline was Nov. 9.
3. All those requesting informal reviews will be contacted via email with the final decision by CMS within 90 days.
4. All informal review requests must be submitted electronically via the Quality Reporting Communication Support Page.
