1. The four-story facility includes 14 medical services, such as orthopedic, eye and reconstructive surgery.
2. The project is a joint venture between Truman and Landmark Health Facilities.
3. The medical building also includes diagnostic imaging and women’s health in addition to surgical procedures and pain management.
4. Under the arrangement, Truman owns the land and Landmark owns and manages the building.
5. The new facility is called University Health and cost around $29 million. The 90,000-square-foot facility includes several physicians from around the community.
