“We are excited about teaming up with Eveia because the company is well-managed, has great people and it allows us to strengthen our capability in the ambulatory space, which is a major focus area for growth and performance improvement for our client partners,” said ECG President Steve Messinger. “With Eveia, we will be able to immediately impact our clients’ ASC and ambulatory plans and performance.”

Eveia will bolster ECG’s ASC service offerings. Eveia has provided consulting services since 1998 with a special focus on the ASC business. The company has provided services to more than 500 clients in 43 states on topics such as:

• Managed care contract negotiation
• Compliance and operations
• Feasibility studies
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Joint venture transaction support

The union will also better serve Eveia’s long-standing clients. “While Eveia has a long history of servicing the complex needs of ambulatory surgery center businesses, we knew there were opportunities to do more to meet the demands of our clients,” said Naya Kehayes, founder and CEO of Eveia. “ECG has the national presence and depth and breadth of healthcare provider services to help us meet our clients’ needs more comprehensively.”
