Colorectal surgeon to know: Dr. Warren Lichliter of Baylor Scott & White Health

Warren Lichliter, MD, is chief of colon and rectal surgery at Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas. He also practices with North Texas Colon and Rectal based in Dallas. He is a past president of the Dallas County Medical Society. He is a member of the American College of Colon & Rectal Surgeons, Texas Surgical Society and Texas Society of Colon Rectal Surgeons.

Dr. Lichliter is also a clinical assistant professor of surgery at U.T. Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He focuses on colonoscopy, colorectal cancer and inflammatory bowel diseases. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and American Board of Colon & Rectal Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Lichliter completed his medical degree at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He completed a general surgery residency and a colon and rectal surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.
