Nevada’s Apex Medical Center gets accreditation: 5 key notes

The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care granted accreditation to Apex Medical Center in Nevada, according to an AAAHC newsletter.

Here are five things to know about Apex Medical Center:

1. The facility was opened as a comprehensive pain management and primary care center in 1999.

2. The physicians specialize in back pain, migraines, spinal injuries, arthritis, joint pain, pinched nerves, fibromyalgia, disc degeneration, pain after surgery and hand and foot pain. Physicians also treat gastrointestinal, liver and kidney ailments and skin ailments.

3. There are four medical providers at the center.

4. Apex Medical Center opened the American Specialty Hospital and Rehabilitation facility in Nigeria in 2012 with David Ezeanolue, MD, as medical director.

5. There are offices in Henderson and Las Vegas.
