Her previous experience includes time as a policy manager at Klasinski Clinic where she was responsible for implementing electronic health record and she spent 10 years at Bay Area Medical Center where she was responsible for corporate compliance and accreditation, health information management, case management, performance improvement and risk management.
She is a certified ambulatory surgery center administrator and certified professional in health care quality and healthcare compliance. She is also a registered health information administrator. Ms. Ziegler-Otis earned her degree from the College of St. Scholastica.
