GI physician leader to know: Dr. Sri Narra of Gastro One

Sri Narra, MD, is a gastroenterologist practicing at Germantown, Tenn.-based Gastro One. She is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association and American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. She also works as a GI hospitalist at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.

Dr. Narra is board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. She focuses on gastroesophageal reflux disease. Her work has been published in numerous journals, such as Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Transfusion, The American Journal of the Medical Sciences and Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.

Dr. Narra earned his medical degree at Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India. She completed her internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. She also completed additional training in advanced therapeutic endoscopy at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
