Somerset Outpatient Surgery files for $463k in equity financing

Somerset Outpatient Surgery in Somerville, N.J., has filed form D for $463,770 in equity financing, according to an OCTA FINANCE report.

The surgery center was able to raise 100 percent of the financing round, according to the report. The form was filed by surgery center president and orthopedic surgeon Edward Krisiloff, MD.
