Modernizing Medicine completes gMed acquisition

Modernizing Medicine, based in Boca Raton, Fla., has closed the previously announced acquisition of Weston, Fla.-based gMed.

Modernizing Medicine offers Electronic Medical Assistant, a cloud-based, specialty-specific EMR. gMed offers a GI-specific suite of services.
