1. Tenet’s Detroit Medical Center yielded almost $17 million in savings in its third performance year.

2. The Michigan Pioneer ACO, affiliated with Tenet’s Detroit Medical Center, is one of 19 organizations nationally participating in the CMS’s accountable care initiative. The Michigan Pioneer ACO generated almost $29 million of savings over a three-year period.

3. Of all Tenet’s hospitals, 75 percent have ACO networks providing care to approximately 700,000 Medicare and commercial patients.
