ASC industry leader to know: Susan Carocari of River Valley ASC

Susan Carocari, BSN, RN, CAPA, is the administrator of Merritt Healthcare-affiliated River Valley ambulatory surgery center in Norwich, Conn. She has been with the ASC since 2013.

Ms. Carocari holds more than 25 years of experience in nursing. Prior to her appointment at River Valley ASC, she worked as a clinical coordinator at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital. She also served River Valley ASC as the director of nursing.

After attending St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing in Pennsylvania, Ms. Carocari received a BSN from Webster University.
