Moody’s: Surgery Partners IPO filing is credit positive

Moody’s Investors Service has commented on Surgery Partners’ initial public offering filing.

Moody’s indicated the company’s intent to file for an IPO is credit positive. There is no change in the company’s ratings, including the B3 Corporate Family Rating or negative outlook, according to the report.
