•    Patrick Haley, Vice President of Aptos Surgery Center
•    Josh Naylor, Administrator Tulsa Ambulatory Procedure Center

Ms. Cook has served as the administrator of Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center for almost 10 years after joining VASC in 1993 as a pre-op nurse.

Mr. Haley has served as vice president of Aptos Surgery Center since 2010 and has maintained an annual budget under $1 million.

Mr. Naylor has been the administrator for Tulsa Ambulatory Procedure Center for more than a year. He previously served as the administrator of Emerald Home Care.
