Cornerstone Health Corp. to Manage Oklahoma City’s Orthopedic Institute Facilities

Cornerstone Healthcare Partners, a developer and operator of ASCs, diagnostic imaging centers and urgent care centers, has signed a contract with the Orthopedic Institute, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to manage its Tower Surgery Center and Orthopedic Hospital. Under the agreement, Cornerstone will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance at both facilities, according to a news release.

The Orthopedic Institute’s Orthopedic Hospital is a specialty hospital focusing on surgery of the spine, hand and joints. The Tower Surgery Center is a fully-equipped outpatient facility that handles outpatient procedures that involve faster recovery.

Cornerstone, based in Edmond, Okla., works with physicians to develop and operate outpatient facilities. It primarily works with surgery centers, hospitals, urgent care clinics and diagnostic imaging facilities.
