1. RWJ Barnabas Health will annually represent operating revenues of over $4.5 billion and will represent 260,000 inpatient admissions and 2 million outpatient visits.
2. The new system will include 11 acute care hospitals, three children’s hospitals, a pediatric rehabilitation hospital, a behavioral health center, ambulatory care centers and more.
3. The system will also include give fitness and wellness centers.
4. Barry H. Ostrowsky, President and Chief Executive Officer of Barnabas Health, will serve as the inaugural President and CEO.
