2. The purchase price was $36.9 million.
3. Around $24 million gross proceeds went to Medical Facilities Corporation.
4. Medical Facilities Corporation owned 65 percent of the facility before the sale.
5. The company strengthened its balance sheet with the sale, which will allow for accretive acquisitions in the future to meet MFC’s strategic goals.
