Children’s Hospitals’ Solutions for Patient Safety elects 11 new board

A newly-elected, 11-member board will oversee and advise activities of the Children’s Hospitals’ Solutions for Patient Safety. The SPS is a network of over 80 children’s hospitals working to improve clinical quality and patient safety.
