2. According to CNN the man was a physician named Ian Crozier, MD, who was discharged from Emory University Hospital in October and returned two months later when he was having eye problems.
3. Dr. Crozier was not at risk of spreading the disease during casual contact, according to a statement from Emory.
4. 18 confirmed cases of EVD were reported in the week of May 3, according to the World Health Organization.
