Surgical Care Affiliates named Tom De Weerdt its new executive vice president and CFO.

Tamar Glaser, president of MMX Healthcare and founder and president of AccredAbility, has recently taken on the role of director of operations of Trina Health of Los Angeles.

Mutare Health named gastroenterologist Lawrence Kosinski, MD, MBA, AGAF, its chief medical officer. Dr. Kosinski is a managing partner of Illinois Gastroenterology Group and president of Elgin Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center.

Source Medical named six new executives including:

•    Britt Denning — Vice president of commercial operations
•    Jonathan Isaacs — Executive vice president and general management of the surgery division
•    Dennis Martineau — Executive vice president of product development
•    Matthew Phillips — Senior vice president, partnerships and business development
•    Kareem Saad — Executive vice president of strategy and business development
•    Dan Trott — Vice president of surgery sales
