WebMD’s app, with a “medication reminder,” will allow users to view their personal medical information and view images of their own medications to promote medication compliance and improve patient outcomes with the medications, reports MacRumors.

HealthTap’s DocNow app will allow one-on-one conversations with a physician for $2.99 a minute, which the company says will provide more detailed, personalized consults than the iPhone app because of the Watch’s data on the user’s activity, according to the repot.

Similar to WebMD’s app, Medisafe will have a watch version of their iPhone app, which will use the ‘force touch’ feature to mark medications as “taken” and respond to prompts within the app to schedule dosage reminders, according to MacRumors.
