Constellation Healthcare Technologies acquires revenue cycle management company PPP for $20M

Constellation Healthcare Technologies, based in Houston, has acquired the New York-based revenue cycle management company PPP, according to a Healthcare Finance News report.

PPP was acquired for a maximum cash consideration of $20 million, dependent on certain targets over a two-year period, according to the report.

Constellation Healthcare Technologies expects $2 million in cost savings after operations are streamlined.
