$160M University of Minnesota clinic, surgery center to feature collaborative workspace design

The University of Minnesota in Minneapolis is in the process of building the $160 million Health Clinics and Surgery Center, according to a StarTribune report.

The 330,000-square-foot facility will house an ambulatory surgery center, laboratory, imaging services, cancer center, pharmacy and University of Minnesota Physicians/Fairview Health Services clinics.

The building will be designed to incorporate open and collaborative work spaces, according to the report.
