Dr. Amar Naik joins Loyola University Health System

Gastroenterologist Amar S. Naik, MD, has joined Loyola University Health System, based in Maywood, Ill.

Dr. Naik focuses on Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Prior to his new position, he was an assistant professor of medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

Dr. Naik will oversee the clinical operations of Loyola’s inflammatory bowel disease program. “I am happy to join a fine institution like Loyola that has a strong commitment to providing excellent state-of- the-art medical care. I believe the impact of digestive diseases upon people is significant,” says Dr. Naik.
