The eye center is the managing member of the Sun City Development Group, which includes investors and healthcare providers. The development group has spent $8 million on a building in Sun City, and it will spend another $7.5 million on renovations.
The eye center will take around 26,000 square feet of building space. The entire complex will create about 100 jobs, according to the report.
