New York’s Oneida Healthcare Center Receives $123K Donation for Renovation Projects

Oneida (N.Y.) Healthcare Center received a $123,000 donation from the hospital’s auxiliary, which will go towards $3 million the hospital is trying raise to help with an $18 million capital project, according to a report in The Oneida Daily Dispatch.

Renovations are currently underway to expand the hospital’s ASC, which is located on the second floor. The radiology and laboratory departments are also undergoing expansion, according to the report.

A second wave of renovation will go towards expansion of the emergency department, according to the report. The first wave is expected to be completed by summer 2010, with the second wave beginning in fall 2010.
