Andrew A. Krakauer, CEO of Cantel Medical, has sold 19,140 shares of company stock at an average price of $42.59 per share, according to a Wall Street Pulse report.

The transaction, disclosed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, had a total value of $815,173.

Cantel Medical stock has a 52-week high of $45.84 per share and the company’s market cap is at $1.736 million, according to the report.
