Hospital for Special Surgery to open $12.6M outpatient center

Hospital for Special Surgery in New York plans to open a $12.6 million outpatient facility in Stamford, Conn., according to a Stamford Patch report.

The 18,000-square-foot facility is expected to open next month.

Connecticut officials approved the project, stipulating that 10 percent of the patients cared for at the center be covered by Medicaid, according to the report.
