Diagnostic Endoscopy Center’s Dr. Stuart Waldstreicher honored

The Stamford Hospital recognized AmSurg Partner and Medical Director at Diagnostic Endoscopy Center Stuart Waldstreicher, MD, as the “Physician of the Quarter.”

The award is given to a physician who shows commitment to the hospital’s Planetree philosophy for patient-focused care. The recipient is also a role model to other staff members.

Dr. Waldstreicher is chief of gastroenterology at The Stamford hospital. He has practice in Fairfield County, Conn., for more than 25 years and serves as an assistant clinical professor of medicine at Columbia Medical Center in New York.
