Beloit Health System ASC project scheduled for CON hearing in March

The Illinois Health Facilities Review Board gave a split vote to Roscoe, Ill.-based Beloit Health System’s ambulatory surgery center project, effectively denying the project, according to a Beloit Daily News report.

But, the health system aims to overcome the technical denial with a new hearing, scheduled to take place March 10.

The ASC would be added to the health system’s NorthPointe campus in Roscoe.

The Illinois Health Facilities Review Board denied Beloit Health System’s CON proposal for an emergency medical center.
