The inspection found that the center had violated several state and federal requirements involving infection control, nursing and laboratory and radiology services, according to the report.
The center allegedly was using an unsupervised nurse anesthetist for anesthesia services, which violates state law. Mislabeled medications and medical equipment in need of inspection were also reported by the inspectors, according to the report.
The center has 10 days to submit a corrective plan for the state and federal violations, and will lose its Medicare and Medicaid certification on Feb. 13 if it cannot comply before that date.
