The surgery center has seven operating rooms, four GI procedure rooms and a pain management procedure
room. Approximately 70 physicians and more than 100 anesthesiologists and affiliated health professionals will provide care at the facility. Sixty to 75 full-time employees will staff the center.
The surgery center is expected to perform approximately 12,000 procedures per year.
North Valley Surgery Center is a partnership between physicians, Sovereign Healthcare and Scottsdale Healthcare. Sovereign Healthcare, based in Mission Viejo, Calif., manages the center.
