AGA releases new tool for Crohn’s disease treatment

The American Gastroenterological Association has released a new clinical decision tool designed to help gastroenterologists identify and manage Crohn’s disease.

“The Identification, Assessment and Initial Medical Treatment in Crohn’s Disease Clinical Decision Support Tool” was published in Gastroenterology.

William J. Sandborn, MD, AGAF, of the University of San Diego in La Jolla, Calif., is the author of the AGA tool.
