Lake Hallie ASC Featured in article on ASC strengths

Independent Surgery Center in Lake Hallie, Wis., has been profiled in an article on the cost and quality benefits of receiving surgery in ASCs, published in the Leader-Telegram.

The article follows up on an open house the ASC hosted Aug. 27 for the Lake Hallie and surrounding communities. Independent Surgery Center, which almost exclusively performs eye procedures, has saved Medicare $1.2 million and consumers $250,000 in its three years of operation, according to the article.
