•    0 to 30 days: 60.4 percent
•    31 to 60 days: 13.3 percent
•    61 to 90 days: 6.4 percent
•    91 to 120 days: 4.7 percent
•    More than 120 days: 14.1 percent

Midwest
•    0 to 30 days: 55.4 percent
•    31 to 60 days: 18 percent
•    61 to 90 days: 8.9 percent
