Ophthalmologist Dr. Glenn Campbell to open single-specialty Virginia ASC

Glenn C. Campbell, MD, an ophthalmologist with Advanced Vision Institute in Williamsburg, Va., will break ground on a single-specialty ophthalmology-driven ambulatory surgery center this summer.
