South Carolina Supreme Court Rules in Favor of CON Program Despite Lack of Funds

On Monday, the South Carolina Supreme Court ruled that the state’s certificate of need program was not eliminated when Governor Nikki Haley vetoed the program’s funding last year, according to a WLTX 19 report.
