1. Be consistent.
2. Be punctual.
3. Be responsive.
4. Be right most of the time, but be comfortable being wrong.
5. Forgive others and yourself for mistakes.
6. Show respect to others whether they are wrong or right.
7. Help team member who are holding the team back, but not at the expense of the group’s success.
