Outpatient Ophthalmic Surgery Society Adopts New Benchmarking Program

The Outpatient Ophthalmic Surgery Society adopted a new benchmarking platform launched by Dynamic Benchmarking.

OOSS represents nearly 400 ophthalmology-driven ambulatory surgery centers and 1,400 association physicians, physician-owners and administrators.

In October 2013, OOSS launched OOSSMark ASC Performance Metrics. Participating ASCs can enter clinical data, financial data and demographic data. Over 25 percent of OOSS centers have entered data in the benchmarking platform and the number continues to grow.
