Dallas-based Pinnacle Anesthesia and Orlando-based JLR Medical Group announced that they will join Greater Houston Anesthesiology as founding partners in U.S. Anesthesia Partners, an anesthesia-focused physician services organization.
TeamHealth announced that it has acquired Omaha-based Professional Anesthesia Services.
Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based MEDNAX announced the acquisition of Summit (N.J.) Anesthesia Associates.
