Providers have been concerned that NC Tracks has not been providing payment as quickly as it should, citing unhelpful call center representatives, complex coding and claims rejections.

DHHS Secretary Aldona Wos assured the legislative oversight committee that progress is being made and the issues brought up by providers are being addressed.

Members of the legislative oversight committee, including Republican Senator Tamara Barringer and Senate Democratic Leader Martin Nesbitt remain concerned.
