The Philips anesthesia machine, which recently received 510(k) clearance, is designed to be the centerpiece of a complete anesthesia workstation and includes a number of capabilities, such as advanced ventilation modes or special support for neonatal or heart-lung machine scenarios. The IntelliSave AX700 also communicates with Philips IntelliVue patient monitors and allows for transfer of data.
