Physicians Realty Trust Finishes Transaction With Crescent City Surgical Centre for $37.5M

Physicians Realty Trust has announced that the 29 physician owners of Crescent City Surgical Centre in Metairie, La., have contributed their ownership interest in the surgery center to the company’s operating partner Physicians Realty in $37.5 million transaction.

As a part of the transaction, the physician owners received 954,877 operating partnership units, which are valued at $11,534,909. The transaction was completed on Sept. 30.
