Dr. Mark Romanoff Nominated as Physician of the Year Finalist

Anesthesiologist Mark Romanoff, MD, has been selected as a Physician of the Year finalist for the Charlotte Business Journal’s 2013 Excellence in Health Care awards.

He practices at Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants in Charlotte, N.C. He was selected for his advocacy in preventing pain medication abuse and misuse.

Dr. Romanoff is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist. He is a founding member of the advisory board for North Carolina’s Controlled Substance Reporting Service and a trainer and mentor for the Project Lazarus that addresses prescription medication abuse.
