He will see patients at the Woodland, Calif., location, and perform general gastroenterological and endoscopy procedures.
Dr. Singh received his medical degree from State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine in New York, as well as his internship and residency. He completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences in Newark, N.J.
